Before making up your first impression reading the title of this article, I would want to clarify 2 main things.
- If you expect this article to be against Islam or Christianity, you may stop reading this. Let me put it like this : My Life is incomplete without my Muslim and Christian brothers.
- If you expect this article to be "Pro Bajrang Dal" or "Pro ShivSena" you might as well read my iPhone Blog. I shall make it clear that though I am a fan of RSS, Bajrang Dal, Vishwa Hindu Parishad or Shiv Sena, I DO NOT subscribe to a few of their ideologies.
This is against the TWO sinisters of Modern Indian Society, the fiends who unfortunately have more reach and popularity than Raveesh Mayya's personal blog.

My first message is to India's worst and top hypocrites, the MEDIA
- I am a Hindu who does believe that Islam never preaches Terrorism. But I feel very bad when every god damn newspaper, TV channel calls Sadhvi Pragya, a "Hindu Terrorist" while Osama Bin Laden, a Taliban Terrorist or Dawood Ibrahim, a underworld DON. I am here to ask you, who gave them a license to brand them "Hindu Terrorists". Aren't the media BULL SHITTING us?
- I am a hindu, who literally was in tears reading about Gujrat Riots which claimed many lives. But what hurt me more was the fact that Media was focussing only on Muslim victims. Clearly, If there's one thing MORE DANGEROUS THAT A LIE, its the HALF TRUTH.
- Like every other Hindu, I laugh with agony at the report which said, Godhra Train incident is an accident. Every soul in India could understand that it was a well-planned heinous crime against the Ram Sevaks but what are those fake reports doing. GUYS, WHOM ARE YOU BLOODY TRYING TO CONVINCE ?
- I recently got a mail which said Rajdeep Sardesai and Bharkha Dutt working for NDTV at that time got around 5 Million Dollars from Saudi Arabia to cover only Muslim victims, which they did very faithfully. Not a single Hindu family was interviewed or shown on TV whose near and dear ones had been burnt alive, it is reported.
- I won't say I completely believe the above report but one thing is sure. Every thoughtful reader can be MIS-GUIDED very easily(Hindus brutally slaughtering Muslims in Gujrat). My dear friends from Media made it look like that. Afterall, What you see is what you believe right? My humble question, did you see it impartially?
My second message is to the "Pride of Indian Democracy", the Political Parties.
- I was a kid when Babri Masjid was pulled down in 1992. If it were today, I am sure I would have had the same anguish as every other sensible hindu because everyone knew it would lead to a tumult. This indeed happened and everyone suffered. WHAT GETS ON NERVES is the fact that its still the reason for a slug-fest during elections. Most of the political parties still HAVE THEM in their POLITICAL Agenda. Why the hell?
- I am a Hindu who knows very well that no political party is clean. Unfortunately, every party, trying to grab the Muslim/Christian Vote Banks, makes statements against Hinduism. I have 2 questions for you guys :
- YOU ACTUALLY THINK just by scolding Hindus and disclaiming yourself from Hinduism (with the fear that everyone brands you a Communal Party) you can grab the vote of my Muslim and Christian Brothers? What do you think of them, DUMB? FYI, they are smarter than you..
- Just by using the same old trick, you can gain our trust!! you think we are MONKEYS?
- Please note that I am one of those Hindus who wouldn't stop voting just because everyone is dipped in corruption. I will still vote the best person available, or worse, the smallest thief.
I am a proud Hindu
- I am a Hindu who believes in his Lord's words which says, "Karma is your only right, discharge your duty, never expect returns". I shall discharge my duty as a son, a brother, a citizen of India, a leader, a friend and as an enemy for that matter.
- I am a hindu who is proud of the fact that our Vedas, Upanishads and other ancient wisdoms are so thoughtful and still relevant.
I am a thoughtful Hindu
- I am the biggest fan of Pratapasimha Deva, Arun Shourie, Shashi Taroor etc who are journalists, Unbiased and fair.
- I am a hindu who feels no fear in stating that Rajdeep Sardesai, Bharkha Dutt, Tarun Tejpal (tehelka) etc who were my heros once upon a time have lost my trust and faith. If I had to select between you and George Bush, by now you know who I would choose.
- While I respect politicians like Manmohan Singh, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Narendra Modi etc I would never hesitate to show my anger on <<-- Name removed on someone's suggestion-->> (its not an exhaustive list).

man .. it takes a great strength and courage to write all this on a blog.. i have similarly running thoughts ... have been passing from home to school amidst stone pelting of riots... and have seen the world through... but i havent still found the dare to write what i think...
i'm ur one fan :)
@Raveesh
Very well written.. Majority of the stories reported by our media shows only one aspect. Which is NOT FAIR at all.
great article dude!!
every single word here is complete!
i agree with u completly.
i guess initial 2 clarifications aren't necessary ,cos whatever u wrote here is not at all pointing against any religion rather its for media and politicians..!
No people from any of those two religion would feel bad when we say whatever we are supposed to say, cos everything is DAMN UTTER TRUTH!!!!
I agree - and yeah, the ability of the media to reach and influence the minds of the people is phenomenal. That's the very reason I am so very vocal about being anti-conversion in my blog. You see, when an event results in some problem with a Muslim or a Christian, it is immediately publicised - What happened in Orissa, we keep hearing about how "Hindu radicals" were burning stuff, and acting horribly - they don't show how the missionaries were cheating people using the lowest and most degrading methods for the sake of their ulterior motives. That part was never shown - Here is a link, I want everyone to see the contents of it and understand the truth behind it - http://baliganikhil.googlepages.com/death_of_hinduism.pdf
When a dog is chased, it runs... When you chase a dog into a place where it has nowhere to run, it will turn back and try to defend itself by biting you. This is exactly what happened in Orissa.
Every single word written is true. Its the media which has the ability to lead or mislead people. You have written the feelings of the hindu-youth.The biased media, the "SICK"ular parties, the "Maya" factor, the terrorism(has to be islamic),the communists are breaking us, dividing us, killing us. We need a change,we need a phenomenon like "Obama",we need the saviors like Narendra modi.
nice blog Raveesh, good one:)
You are my hero man. Carefully thought, brilliantly written.
Only in our country this can happen, nowhere else in the world or in history the majority population is targeted while they turn blind eye to everything the minorities do. These pseudo-secularists are reason why India is weak. So, i gave up my nationality long back. I dont want to share the same nationality with these pseudo-secularists. My nationality is "HINDU" and i am very proud of it!
These pseudo-secularists (media, congress, communists and certain sections of minorities) are making a dangerous mistake by targeting innocents and protecting criminals in the name of secularism. The congress party has from the beginning hidden the true history of Hindustan to appease minorities.
There are forcing Hinduism the most peaceful religion in the world to take up violence to defend itself. The consequence of this mistake will affect not just India but possibly the entire world.
WOW!!! Guys, I am awestruck. I was so very convinced I would have some people cursing me for whatever I wrote, even-though I knew I was not wrong. Thank you for your support and appreciation.
I was always sure, we Hindus are not deaf. Looking at my friends' reply, I am convinced like never before.
As I am typing this, I feel like laughing at media now. If everyone of us share the same opinion, its clear they haven't achieved their target. They are making a fool of themselves!!
THANKS GUYS..
Commendable article.
I empathize with you in stating that ,coining the term 'Hindu terrorist', is totally uncalled for. Media should certainly refrain from sensationalizing news and focus on playing a pivotal role on providing all viewpoints on an unbiased scale.
While I respect politicians like Manmohan Singh, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Narendra Modi etc I would never hesitate to show my anger on our own Deve Gowda, Dharam Singh or even Mamtha Bannerjee, Mayavathi, Karunanidhi, Sonia Gandhi, YS Rajshekar Reddy (its not an exhaustive list)
Found this debatable.Your penchant for a particular party is apparent.
Seems biased from my pov.
In all,a well written post buddy..
@ Praveen, I really respect your opinion. I should have been a bit more unbiased..
May be I didn't put in more effort to see all parties to its truest sense. May be I felt I had to take sides for this particular article.. Apologies..
hey raveesh awesome article man...
hv a luk at dis
http://theprudentindian.wordpress.com/
Very nice ...... A bit provocative when there is a mentioning of "hindu terrorists" .... apart from that , it rocks !!
Raveesh, Your article is unbiased man.
"While I respect politicians like Manmohan Singh, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Narendra Modi etc..."
Mr. Praveen, I think Manmohan Singh is in congress party if i am not mistaken :-) and Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Narendra Modi in BJP. There are 2 parties here!
dear Raveesh, your words are thought provoking and are facts, which most of us hesitate to express for the fear of getting special unwanted attention....keep it up.
hi raveesh..really a thought provoking blog mate..the one thing what this blog has done to me is to encourage me to read more of your blogs.
HA! See! U got all fan mails n not a single hate mail! What were u thinkin when u typed dat?

hindu? muslim?
i would rather advice you to watch zeitgeist and zeitgeist:addendum the documentaries available for free download here - http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com/
The Zeitgeist Movement is not a political movement. It does not recognize nations, governments, races, religions, creeds or class. Our understandings conclude that these are false, outdated distinctions which are far from positive factors for true collective human growth and potential. Their basis is in power division and stratification, not unity and equality, which is our goal. While it is important to understand that everything in life is a natural progression, we must also acknowledge the reality that the human species has the ability to drastically slow and paralyze progress, through social structures which are out of date, dogmatic, and hence out of line with nature itself. The world you see today, full of war, corruption, elitism, pollution, poverty, epidemic disease, human rights abuses, inequality and crime is the result of this paralysis.
This movement is about awareness, in avocation of a fluid evolutionary progress, both personal, social, technological and spiritual. It recognizes that the human species is on a natural path for unification, derived from a communal acknowledgment of fundamental and near empirical understandings of how nature works and how we as humans fit into/are a part of this universal unfolding we call life. While this path does exist, it is unfortunately hindered and not recognized by the great majority of humans, who continue to perpetuate outdated and hence degenerative modes of conduct and association. It is this intellectual irrelevancy which the Zeitgeist Movement hopes to overcome through education and social action.
The goal is to revise our world society in accord with present day knowledge on all levels, not only creating awareness of social and technological possibilities many have been conditioned to think impossible or against "human nature", but also to provide a means to overcome those elements in society which perpetuate these outdated systems.
An important association, upon which many of the ideas of this movement are derived come from an organization called " The Venus Project" directed by social engineer and industrial designer, Jacque Fresco. He has worked nearly his entire life to create the tools needed to assist a design of the world which could eventually eradicate war, poverty, crime, social stratification and corruption. His notions are not radical or complex. They do not impose a subjective interpretation in their formation. In this model, society is created as a mirror of nature, with the variables predefined, inherently.
The movement itself is not a centralized construct.
We are not here to lead, but to organize and educate.
i dont think what u r saying is true or not
narendra modi is the worst politician which india has
Aaditya..
hahaha funny! I have seen Zeitgeist, I felt it was crap. The ideal case you are talking is impossible to achieve! nothing in the world is perfect and nothing can be perfect.
You and Zeitgeist and Jacque Fresco are imagining/assuming a world without opportunists like me..who knows you also may be one like me.
